Kalhwá7al’ap Gilda Davis Nskwátsitsa Xaxli’p Meclhkan. Gilda started working with St’át’imc Eco-Resources Ltd when it was first established in 2012 as a Contract Administrator. Since then, as she continues to work with St’át’imc communities and technicians to provide opportunities related to environmental services, she has developed business core procedures for contract administration and linked processes related to the St’át’imc and Master Agreements. She has also acquired valuable experience dealing with client negotiation and project management.
Environmental Operations Manager
Bryony started working with St’át’imc Eco-Resources Ltd in June 2019. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Consultancy, and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Environmental Biology, with 6 years experience working in the environmental permitting and natural resource sector in the UK and Canada.
Bryony is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of the Bridge River Water Use Monitoring projects conducted by SER and all other external contacts. As part of the SER team, she oversees the project management of various programs whist providing technical oversight. Bryony also responsible for implementing new operations strategies across the business, and developing procedures to build commercial relationships and bring in external contracts.
Field Coordinator and OHS Representative
Roxx Ledoux started working for St’át’imc Eco-Resources Ltd in November of 2013 as the company’s lead environmental monitor & fisheries technician. Since then, she has completed a long list of training courses, ranging from environmental to safety, which brought her into the position of Occupational Health & Safety Representative (OHS) in April of 2017 and Field Coordiantor in March of 2020.has experience in detailed reporting, writing safety management plans and environmental management plans, safe work procedures and first aid assessments, as well as completing safety audits for company certification. Since Roxx has taken over SER’s OHS position, SER became SEBASE SAFE certified through the BC Forest Safety Council with a Certificate of Recognition (COR). In October 2019, SER passed their annual safety audit and is now the first BASE SAFE certified company in the Lillooet area.
